We ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may not be available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities and major towns generally receive orders faster. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold — check the checkout page for the latest offer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@tennimax.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
