What kind of products does Tennimax offer?
Tennimax offers a focused range of tennis accessories and apparel — including strings, grips, dampeners, and T-shirts for boys and men. We are also working on launching our own Made-in-India tennis balls, expected in Q3/Q4 this year.
Are your products suitable for all levels of players?
Yes. Our strings, grips, and dampeners are suited for players of all levels — from beginners picking up the sport to competitive players looking to upgrade their setup. Each product page includes guidance on what to choose based on your playing style.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders for academies and clubs?
Yes. We work with tennis academies, sports clubs, and institutional buyers for bulk orders on strings, grips, dampeners, and apparel. Contact us at hello@tennimax.com with your requirements and we will put together a quote.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need a verified Tennimax account to complete a purchase. Registration and verification is quick — we just need to confirm your details before your first order.
Why do I need an account to buy?
Tennimax primarily serves trade buyers, academies, and serious players. Account verification helps us maintain product authenticity, offer accurate GST invoicing, and provide better after-sales support.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they haven't been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@tennimax.com or via the contact form with your order number.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across India. International shipping for bulk orders is available on request — write to us at support@tennimax.com for rates and timelines.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days for most locations in India. Metro cities typically receive orders within 2–4 business days. Exact timelines are shown at checkout based on your pin code.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account and view live order status under My Orders.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Video proof of opening of the package is a must. Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty and can be returned or exchanged within the warranty period. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our strings and grips carry a 30 days warranty against manufacturing defects. Apparel is covered for manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear. Video proof of opening of the package is a must for any warranty claims.

Account & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and popular wallets via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed on PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Will I get a GST invoice for my order?
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated for every order and available for download from your account under My Orders. Business buyers can add their GSTIN during checkout.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support.
